"It was important for us to keep pace with our expanding technology practice inthe Denver area,'' says Nancy Constantine, director of operations for Brobeck. ''As a result, this particular expansion was critical.''

The transaction was handled by Julien J. Studley Inc. Studley brokers who put the deal together include managing director Todd Motoyoshi and leasing agent David Peterson, both of San Francisco, as well as senior executive vice president Steve Goldstein of itsWashington, DC office. Constantine says Studley's handling of the Broomfield project was ''extremely thorough, very creative and professional.''

"This was an important transaction for Brobeck, given the growth in technology tenants in Colorado, and it was equally as important for Studley,'' says Studley's Motoyoshi. ''Denver is an important market for our clients and the reason we opened anoffice there earlier this year.''

In January, Studley hired veteran broker Rob Link from CB Richard Ellis as senior vice president and branch manager for Studley's Denver office.
