Brobeck Phleger & Harrison Inks Deal

BROOMFIELD, CO-One of the nation's top technology firms increases its presence

BROOMFIELD, CO-Brobeck Phleger & Harrison LLP leased an additional 36,378 sf at 370 Interlocken Dr. in the Interlocken Business Park in this fast-growing community along US 36 between Denver and Boulder. The eight-year lease is in addition to the 15,393 sf Brobeck already occupies in the building.

The new space includes taking the balance of the fifth floor and the entire sixth floor. The six-story building is 100% leased.

“It was important for us to keep pace with our expanding technology practice inthe Denver area,” says Nancy Constantine, director of operations for Brobeck. ”As a result, this particular expansion was critical.”
