Building owner Crescent Funding VII LP has used in-house leasing manager, Bill Schneidau of Crescent Real Estate Equities Ltd., to seal the deal. David Bale and Garrold Parrott, both of the Staubach Co., have represented A.G. Edwards, one of the nation's oldest and largest investment firms. The St. Louis, MO-based A.G. Edwards has maintained a Houston office since 1948.

The Crescent building is part of a three-structure office complex situated on 17 acres in the West Loop-Galleria. The 24-floor Three Post Oak Central totals 1.27 million sf and is a design of renowned architects Philip Johnson and John Burgee.

In another relocation, the Houston law firm of Perdue, Brandon, Fielderm, Collins & Mott LLP are moving from 2600 Citadel Plaza Dr. to 11,544 sf at 1235 N. Loop West. The firm is leasing the offices from BGK Texas. Steve Rocher and Hubert Wen of Grubb & Ellis Co. have represented the building owner. Jim Thompson of Grubb & Ellis and Kase Velascoe of NAI PartnersCommercial have handled negotiations for the law firm.
