The combined value of the project, called Union Plaza, is $115 million.

The 264-unit residential tower will feature units priced from $300,000 to more than $2.5 million. Units will range in size from 564 sf to about 3,400 sf.

The 136,000-sf office tower will features 18,000-sf floorplates designed for either single users or multiple tenants.

Both buildings will be constructed over a three-story, 900-space underground parking garage. The garage also will feature more than 27,000 sf of retail space. The project is scheduled to be completed by August 2003.
