One of the properties is located at 20 West Green St. The other is located at 77 Fair Oaks Ave. in Old Town Pasadena.

JSM Palermo LLC consists of LA-based Hanover Financial Co. and Santa Monica-based JSM Construction Co. The duo plans to develop 32 apartment units on the properties with 12,000 sf of office space and 9,000 sf of street-level retail.
