Henry S. Miller Commercial in Houston has brokered the sales, of which 19.7 acres have gone to a trustee. The 19.7-acre tract is at the corner of Hiram Clark and W. Airport Boulevard in Houston. Independent broker Kent McGaughy has represented the buyer, W.W. Scarborough trustee. Lacy Miclette Price of Henry S. Miller Commercial has acted on behalf of the seller, Schier Investment Partnership.
New Teal Run Ltd. has sold three acres to Barkington Inn & Pet Resort at Highway 6 S. and Westenfield in Ft. Bend County just south of Houston. Henry S. Miller Commercial's Lee Jones has brokered the deal for both parties.
