The Poole suburb of Sandbanks was listed earlier this year as the fourth most expensive location in the world for residential property, and at Dolphin Quay values average £400 per sf.
Orb's Managing Director Roger Taylor tells GlobeSt.com that he was very pleasantly surprised by the speed of the pre-sales. He said that almost all the sales had been to intended residents, rather than to investors.
Dolphin Quays enjoys uninterrupted views over Poole harbour--the world's second-largest natural harbour after Sydney--and as part of the project the developers have created a 100-berth yacht haven that is already achieving 100% occupancy.
