In the largest deal, Macro Pore Inc. signed a five-year lease valued at $727,920 for 14,000 sf of warehouse space located at 6749 Top Gun Street in San Diego. Dean Asaro, of CB Richard Ellis' San Diego Central office, represented the landlords, Michael & Jennifer Stoff. Mickey Morena of John Burnham & Company represented the tenant.

In another deal, Elgar Corp. signed a five-year, $445,536 lease for 9,140 sf of industrial space at 9215 Brown Deer Road in San Diego. Asaro represented the building owner, Easton Development, Inc. Glen Friedrich of The Sande Company represented the tenant.

AMEC Earth & Environment, Inc. an environmental testing company, signed a five-year lease for a total consideration of $127,717 for 2,113 sf of industrial space at 4050 Sorrento Valley Blvd, Suite L, in San Diego. Asaro represented the landlord, Hawaii Pacific Development Inc. Ryan Grove of Trammell Crow Southern California represented the tenant.

In the fourth deal transaction, Triad Therapeutics Inc. has signed a three-year lease valued at $176,343 for 4,707 sf of business park/mixed use space located at 8395 Camino Santa Fe, Suite E. Asaro represented the landlord, Westcore SDIPG LLC. Neil Fox of Phase 3 Properties, Inc. represented the tenant.
