Carlsbad Office Project Framed Up

CARLSBAD, CA-Workers have completed the steel framing on the third phase of Carlsbad Pacific Center, a three-building, 130,000-sf office park here that is owned, managed and being developed by Prentiss Properties.

CARLSBAD, CA-Steel framing is complete on the third and final phase of Carlsbad Pacific Center, an eventual three-building, 130,000-sf office park here by Prentiss Properties, an owner manager and developer of commercial real estate.

The last phase is a three-story, 40,292-sf class “A” office building at 705 Palomar Airport Road. Construction is set for completion in October. Joe Anderson, Mark Avilla and Rick Reeder of Business Real Estate Brokerage Co./NAI are the exclusive leasing agents of Carlsbad Pacific Center III.
