Ford, who had been a vice president, has been working as a tenant representative in lease and purchase negotiations for more than 24 years, according to Henry S. Miller Commercial. Robert C. Gulley, executive vice president says Ford, "is an asset to the company with both his top sales in the Houston office and expertise and experience as an industry leader."

Ford has been with Henry S. Miller for four years and tells GlobeSt.com that his main duties include developing the office market tenant representation area. He says his strategic plans include "more penetration into larger accounts." Ford says his division represents approximately 100 tenants per year in renewal and new office lease and purchase transactions.

Ford's experience includes negotiating a 170,000-sf lease for the Kelsey-Seybold Clinic. He also has led leasing and sales at Houston's St. Luke's Tower, sold the 275,000-sf 2000 West Loop building and opened and managed a CBD office for a national brokerage company.
