HUD Secretary Martinez To Address NAR Session

WASHINGTON, DC-The National Association of Realtors' mid-year legislative meetings and expo is slated for this week, with a wide array of events on tap. Industry leaders will discuss hot topics impacting the real estate industry.

WASHINGTON, DC-Housing and Urban Development Director Mel Martinez tops the list of speakers slated to address the National Association of Realtors mid-year legislative meetings and expo this week. Also scheduled to speak are US Reps. Spencer Bachus R-AL, Paul Kanjorski D-PA and Tom Reynolds R-NY.

The meeting and trade expo is slated to run Tuesday through Saturday, with more than 7,000 realtors and others expected to attend the event, which is being held at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel. Martinez’s speech will cap off the session on Saturday, during the NAR’s board of directors meetings.
