Hunting Gate Completes Watford Lettings

LONDON- Hunting Gate and Equitable Life have completed their letting programme at Centinal, the 40,325 sq ft office scheme at 46 Clarendon Road, Watford, Hertfordshire following lettings to Cadbury Schweppes and Finlower.

LONDON- Hunting Gate and Equitable Life have completed their letting programme at Centinal, the 40,325 sq ft office scheme at 46 Clarendon Road, Watford, Hertfordshire following lettings to Cadbury Schweppes and Finlower.

Cadbury Schweppes has agreed a five-year lease on the 9,432 sq ft second floor paying £27.00 ($38.43) per sq ft while Finlower – an soft furnishings wholesaler, has also taken a five-year lease on the 2,386 sq ft ground floor.

Centinal was the only building providing new, Grade A office space in the Hertfordshire town when it was launched in the spring 2000. The third and fourth floors are let to Polo Jeans, part of the Ralph Lauren Group. UK accountancy firm Baker Tilly recently took a 15-year lease for the second floor. In addition to the office, the development provides 136 car parking spaces.
