Clarendon will focus on this area and communities to its south and is committed to representing minorities in residential, retail and commercial ownership and rentals. " The census has indicated that there has been a spurt of population in communities of color," Moss tells GlobeSt.com. "There has been an increase on the part of commercial and retail clients for urban neighborhoods. We plan to become specialists in those markets." On the residential side, Mass says that her firm will work with local organizations to target first time home buyers.
While Taylor and Moss will serve as co-managing principals of the firm, Taylor will lead the retail/ commercial brokerage unit and serve as senior associate for residential property. Moss will lead the residential brokerage unit and be responsible for the firm's market research and technology initiatives.
