A Sperry Van Ness brokerage team consisting of Mike Austin and Kenneth Lai handled both sides of the transaction. The building is the latest office property to be sold in the county in recent weeks.

Last week, GlobeSt.com reported that the 171,979-sf Palm Court complex was sold to The Irvine Co. Palm Court consists of two, four-story office buildings totaling 161,243 sf and a one-story, 4,736-sf retail building at 15615-15635 Alton Parkway. Although financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, brokers in the area said the transaction is worth about $35 million.
