The subsidiary of Fort Lauderdale-based Stiles Corp. appointed Dick Hunt as the satellite operation's director of business development. Hunt is a former construction company owner in Virginia.
Even before the office opens, the company is working with Alamo Rent A Car to build 19,000 sf of administrative space, a car wash and fuel building; Tampa Hondaland to build a 40,000-sf dealership; and Blount Honda to build a 19,800-sf dealership in the Lake County community of Leesburg, north of Orlando.
The company has recently completed a 25,000-sf store for Barnes & Noble in Orlando; a 78,000-sf building for Sony Electronics in Fort Myers, FL; a Chevrolet dealership in the Orlando suburb of Sanford and a Honda dealership in Gainesville, FL.
