Post Oak Partners LP, an affiliate of TPMC Realty Corp., had redeveloped its holding in 1999. TPMC, which manages the building, has used in-house broker Tim Crockett for the negotiations. Trione & Gordon ONCOR International has represented Cooper Cameron. The building is one of two, 12-story buildings totaling 540,000 sf. The twin office buildings straddle a six-level, 1,800-vehicle parking garage. Architectural firm, Kirksey, handled the renovations on the Uptown-Galleria property.

Cooper Cameron will be relocating from nearby 515 Post Oak Blvd., also owned by TPMC Realty. The 26-story, 435,694-sf 1200 Main Building in the CBD, like Park Towers, had been upgraded in 1998.
