"Along with the new name, Transwestern will undertake an aggressive repositioning of the asset in order to make it one of the few, true Class A properties in Irvine," says Greg May, Transwestern's senior vice president. "Our program will include upgraded common areas, new landscaping, lighting and signage throughout the property, and numerous other enhancements."
The development, which was built in stages from 1983 to 1988, is one of the largest office complexes in the airport area. The 18.5-acre business park consists of four 11-story office towers, a restaurant and a five-level parking structure. It is located at the intersection of Von Karman Avenue and the San Diego Freeway.
