The two single-story flex projects--home to some 47 tenants--consist of eight buildings totaling 275,000 sf on 22.5 acres. The purchaser is a private investment group based in New York. Rumsey Center, built in 1980, is located in the Oakland Ridge Business Center. Snowden Center, constructed between 1984 and 1987, is located in the Seiling Business Park.
Colliers Pinkard officials say the properties generated a lot of interest, a fact they attribute to Columbia's reputation as what they called a "well-balanced" real estate market.
