COLUMBIA, MD-R.S. Columbia Holding LLC has purchased Rumsey Center and Snowden Center from Nottingham Properties, according to officials from Colliers Pinkard, who represented Nottingham in the transaction. The purchase price wasn’t disclosed.

The two single-story flex projects–home to some 47 tenants–consist of eight buildings totaling 275,000 sf on 22.5 acres. The purchaser is a private investment group based in New York. Rumsey Center, built in 1980, is located in the Oakland Ridge Business Center. Snowden Center, constructed between 1984 and 1987, is located in the Seiling Business Park.
