Ryan Hires Head of 'Mission-Critical' Work

MINNEAPOLIS-Tom Hartwell, previously vice president of business development for Weis Builders, will be responsible for working with corporate clients who must provide uninterrupted service.

MINNEAPOLIS-Ryan Cos. says it has hired Tom Hartwell as director of development-mission critical. His responsibilities for the large Minneapolis-based commercial real estate developer include developing mission critical business and providing services for corporate clients for projects that must provide uninterrupted service 24hours a day, seven days a week, every day of the year, such as data centers and telecommunication call centers.

Before joining Ryan, Hartwell worked for Weis Builders for five years as vice president of business development for national accounts. He has been in sales and marketing for the past 17 years, with 10 of those years dedicated to the constructionindustry.
