Leasing space at Dabney IX, a 34,000-sf office/warehouse facility located at 2248 Dabney Rd. were Office Masters Inc. and Publishers Circulation Fulfillment Inc. Greeley and Hansen LLP leased office space at at 2116 West Laburnum Ave., a 13,283-sf building at Interstate Center, while Ball Office Products signed up for space at Dabney V, a 45,353-sf office warehouse facility located at 2200-2224 Tomlynn St.
Several companies leased space in the Arboretum buildings located at Arboretum Parkway: ADVO Inc. took space in Arboretum VI; Kronos Incorporated and Mitel Communications Solutions Inc. leased space in Arboretum I; and Computer Application Specialists Inc. took office space in Arboretum III.
Brandywine Realty Trust owns, manages, leases, buys and develops primarily suburban office and industrial properties located in the Mid-Atlantic United States. Included in its portfolio are 223 office buildings, 52 industrial facilities and one mixed-use facility containing an aggregate of approximately 17.5 million sf. The REIT manages an additional 44 properties containing 3.4 million sf and is a partner in ventures containing over 739,000 sf.
