Landy will operate as an associate out of the company's Fort Lauderdale offices until he identifies a suitable satellite office site.

Over the past 15 years, he has worked primarily as an office-leasing agent for companies such as American Ventures Realty Corp., Easton Babcock & Associates Inc., Condor Commercial Services Inc. and Codina Bush Klein Realty. While at Codina Bush, Landy served as the primary leasing agent at the 282,000-sf World Trade Center building in Miami.

A Boca Raton resident, Landy earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Miami.
