Hunt Group Merges with HOK Consulting

SEATTLE-The Hunt Group, a Seattle-based workplace consultancy, has joined forces with HOK Consulting, a division of Hellmuth, Obata & Kassabaum, one of the largest diversified architectural firms in the world. HOKC’s group director for North America Steve Morton revealed the merger this week during the International Development Research Council’s Pacific Northwest Congress.

Bob Hunt, former president of The Hunt Group, has accepted the position of vice president with HOKC and will head the Seattle consulting unit. Coming with him will be former Hunt associates Cathleen Vanek and Paula Gatzemeier. “The addition of The Hunt Group furthers the long-term commitment that HOK has made to the Northwest market,” said Patrick McLeamy, Chief Operating Officer of HOK.
