Jones Lang LaSalle Adds Tenant Rep Exec

SAN FRANCISCO-Jones Lang LaSalle has promoted Erich Sengelmann to executive vice president in charge of the Chicago-based investment management firm’s tenant representation and corporate facilities management teams in Northern California.

The tenant rep group represents clients in large, complex transaction assignments that typically involve relocations of headquarters facilities or major office consolidations. “We will continue to focus our efforts and expand our relationships with Bay Area companies that are looking for portfolio solutions which are innovative and cost-effective,” says Sengelmann, who was an office-focused senior vice president with Colliers International prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle in 1998.

The company also recently hired Bruce Ganong as vice president of Capital Markets. Formerly with GE Capital Real Estate, Ganong’s primary responsibility will be developing business for Jones Lang LaSalle’s debt capital markets for the western half of the U.S., as well as executing financing assignments.
