The buildings encompass 56,330 sf and are part of a four-building project developed by the seller, Santa Fe, NM-based Summit Investment Co. The tilt-up facilities feature ground level and truck high loading, 24-ft minimum interior warehouse clearance and modern sprinklers.

The largest of the three buildings has been acquired by a furniture design and import firm. The 26,079-sf facility stands at 1495 W. 139th St. The buyer, Marquis Design, has already occupied the space. Marquis Design was represented by Scott Peters and Dave Stromath of CB Richard Ellis. Summit was represented by Luke Staubitz and John Boehm of The Klabin Co.

Staubitz and Boehm also represented Summit in the sale of an 18,150-sf building that is located in the development. The facility, which stands at 1455 W. 139th St., was purchased from a manufacturing and distribution company that has relocated from the Los Angeles International Airport area. The company, Major Fulfillment, will occupy the space in June. Ed Stiles of NAI Capital Commercial represented the buyer.

Separately, a 12,100-sf facility in the project has been purchased as a tax-deferred leased investment acquisition. The building, at 1475 W. 139th St., has been bought by 26th Street Properties. The facility is occupied by Tominaga USA, an importer and manufacturer of tropical fish tanks. Brad Luster of Major Properties represented the buyer. Summit was represented by Staubitz and Boehm.
