Firm Hires Hotel Sales, Management Pro

MINNEAPOLIS-Ted Leines will help hotel owners turn around their distressed properties and sell them for Colliers Towle Real Estate. The firm also will act as a receiver in foreclosure situations.

MINNEAPOLIS-Colliers Towle Real Estate has hired Ted Leines for hotel sales and hotel asset management. In his asset management role, Ted helps owners of hotels andmotels increase the value of their properties and position them for sale.

The short-term process includes raising the occupancy levels, improving operations, making recommendations for capital improvements, and placing and supervising an on-site manager. Colliers Towle, a Minneapolis-based commercial real estate firm, will also act as a receiver in foreclosure situations.
