The store at the Overlook at King of Prussia will be approximately 40,000 sf. It is scheduled to open next spring. ORIX Real Estate Equities Inc. is the developer of the retail project, which will total 185,000 sf. In addition to Nordstrom Rack, ORIX has signed leases with Best Buy, United Artists 15, IMAX Theatre and Champs Restaurant.

"Nordstrom opened a full line store in King of Prussia in 1996 so we are very pleased to be able to offer our customers another opportunity to shop with us," said Gemma Lionello, Nordstrom Rack vice president and east coast regional manager.

The new Chino store will be approximately 35,000 sf and located in the Spectrum Towne Center. The store, formerly in the Chino Town Square, also is scheduled to open next spring.
