Starboard Commercial real Estate of San Francisco, Wayne Mascia Associates of Santa Clara and North Bay Commercial of Santa Rosa are now affiliates of TCN Worldwide Real Estate Services. The three firms represented 5.1 million sf of transactions last year.
Hans Hansson of Starboard is now a TCN regional vice president. It is under his stewardship that the Northern California Metro alliance is being built. North Bay Commercial is the newest member.
The alliance is actively seeking firms in Sacramento, Reno, Stockton, Modesto and elsewhere to complete the alliance. Members join TCN in order to gain an international forum and benefit from business referral exchange with other companies in the network.
