The 1,500-sf, Clear Lake Coffeehouse is located at 1008 Bay Area Blvd. The Montrose Coffeehouse has 1,100 sf and is located at 4005 Montrose. The Winlow Coffeehouse is located at 1901 Westheimer and totals 1,795 sf.
Diedrich Coffee sells specialty-grade coffee at the retail locations as well as to retailers such as grocery stores. The company has annual revenues exceeding $75 million. The company has 376 locations worldwide and owns the Gloria Jean's Coffee brand. Magna Cum Latte is a Seattle-based espresso and coffee bar caterer. The company is a division of America's Best Coffee.
