Nichols Residential, a Kansas City broker with 725 sales associates, 125 employees and 15 branch offices, which it bought in 1998. Jerry Reece will be president and chiefexecutive officer of the combined entities of J.D. Reece Realtors and J.C. Nichols Residential.
HomeServices is the second-largest, full-service independent residential real estate brokerage firm in the US based on closed transaction sides and has more than 165 branch offices and about 6,600 sales associates.
