Redhill Venture LLC paid Mission Viejo-based Sysdam Holdings more than $3.6 million for the property, located at 3183 Redhill Ave. The current tenant, a manufacturer of printed circuit boards, will continue to occupy the building, having inked an eight-year agreement with Redhill Venture. The deal is valued at more than $3 million. The Redhill facility houses the headquarters and manufacturing operations of the tenant, Prime Technologies.
