Malcolm King, Senior Partner of King Sturge said, 'Newcastle is a vibrant city at the centre of commercial activity in the North East. The new office is headed by Partner Jonathan Sykes, who is returning to the North East after 13 years in London. 'Newcastle has undergone a fantastic transformation particularly along the Quayside and other exciting schemes like Central Square and The Gate. There is still huge potential for Newcastle and the North East region,' he said. Sykes has already recruited Simon Hill as Head of Industrial agency.
