The Borgata is a 40-story, 2,000-room hotel and the Tropicana expansions will add 500 rooms, conference space, a 200,000-sf dining and entertainment complex and more parking. Harrah's and Showboat will also see expansions. In fact, Atlantic City casino owners plan to increase the city's room inventory to 20,000 or 25%.

The properties Keen will be selling include a two-acre site at 1401-1423 Boardwalk. The lot is located between Resorts Atlantic City and Sands Casino Hotel. The property is zoned for Resort Commercial Development. The second, making up the difference of the six-acre total, is a four-acre site on the north side of Atlantic Avenue between Mississippi Avenue and Christopher Columbus Boulevard, and extending through to Arctic Avenue. The property is zoned Commercial Business District.
