The office building will be about 50,554 sf and able to accommodate tenants from 2,000 sf and up. Amenities will include showers and lockers in the building and a nearby 2.5-mile walking/running trail with par course. A hotel, assisted living and day care center are also proposed for the area.

Jeb Bakke of CB Richard Ellis, who will market the property with Bret Gossett and Melissa Harris, is marketing the property as "one of the most prestigious buildings to be constructed along Interstate 15."

Intel, Signal Processing and Teradyne are other tenants within the large business park.The landlord, Diversified Properties, has finalized the design plans with Pacific Cornerstone Architects Inc. The grading permit has been issued and construction will commence immediately. Completion is scheduled for December.
