Diversified Properties Unit Buys Into Business Park

SAN DIEGO-A limited partnership of Diversified Properties buys 2.5 acres in the Sabre Springs Business Park for $1.9 million. The local investors plan to develop a 50,554-sf office building.

SAN DIEGO-A local partnership has bought about 2.5 acres in the Sabre Springs Business Park from Pardee Construction for development of a two-story corporate office development. Diversified Sabre Springs LLC paid $1.9 million for the land, located just south of the Highway 56 and Interstate 15 interchange on the southwest corner of Sabre Springs Parkway and Evening Creek Drive South.

The office building will be about 50,554 sf and able to accommodate tenants from 2,000 sf and up. Amenities will include showers and lockers in the building and a nearby 2.5-mile walking/running trail with par course. A hotel, assisted living and day care center are also proposed for the area.

Jeb Bakke of CB Richard Ellis, who will market the property with Bret Gossett and Melissa Harris, is marketing the property as “one of the most prestigious buildings to be constructed along Interstate 15.”
