AURORA, CO-Sprint, one of the world’s largest telecommunications companies, signed a 10-year lease to occupy all 150,000 sf of Building No. 21 at Majestic Realty Co.’s Majestic Commercenter near the Denver International Airport. Sprint will occupy the facility in Aurora this fall. First, a sophisticated infrastructure needs to be installed to house equipment for its fiber-based, Web-hosting communications technology, says Majestic vice president and development partner, Randall C. Hertel.

Sprint is ranked No. 81 on the Fortune 500 list, with annual revenues of $23 billion.

Ryan Cunningham of Jones Lang LaSalle represented Sprint. He has brokered similar deals for the company throughout the country. This one is worth about $7 million, Hertel says.
