Both of the freestanding, single-tenant buildings contain 2,200 sf of office space, 24-ft minimum ceiling clearance, three dock high positions, two grade level doors and a private gated yard area. The 26,880-sf building site is at 12230 Florence Ave. The 36,129-sf facility is going up at 12234 Florence Ave.
The buildings are available for sale or lease. Interest from potential buyers and tenants has been strong, with the Santa Fe Springs' vacancy rate at 5.5%, according to Steve Sprenger, a Grubb & Ellis broker who is marketing the buildings.
Sprenger, LR Sanders and John Hollingsworth of Grubb & Ellis are marketing the facilities for the developer, Clark Management & Development.
