Joan Frampton Kirk has been appoionted senior vice president of hotel operation. And Jeremy Day and Scott Gericke have been promoted to vice presidents of operations.
Kirk, who has worked for the company for the past five years, oversees the sales and marketing, accounting, human resources and risk management departments as well as regional hotel operations. She also is responsible for the transition of new hotels from construction to operations and coordinating hotel openings.
Gericke is responsible for operations at eight of the company's hotels as well as procuring supplies for all 31 Stonebridge properties. A certified hotel administrator, Gericke joinedStonebridge Companies in 1996 as general manager of the Hampton Inn - Boulder/Louisville. He was subsequently promoted to area operations manager in 1997 and regional director of operations in 1998. Prior to joining Stonebridge Cos. Gericke worked for Hyatt Hotels & Resorts for eight years in Minneapolis, Chicago and Anaheim, CA. He was also assistant general manager at the Holiday Inn - University Area in Boulder, CO.
As regional vice president of operations for Stonebridge Cos., Day is responsible for development and operations of the company's hotels in California. Day has 25 yearsof hospitality experience as both general manager and director of food and beverage at a variety of hotels in the US.
