"Since the park was first purchased by my father, Lawrence Zirinsky" says current president of LZA, John Zirinsky, "and Mr. Rockefeller in 1989, we have made substantial improvements to the property that have brought its buildings up to the highest standards in the market. The park has consistently operated at full occupancy for most of this period."

He adds, "LZA has enjoyed an outstanding relationship with College Park tenants and the Princeton community for more than a decade. Now in becoming sole owners, we plan to continue our commitments."

Tenants at the park include: Bloomberg Financial, GE, Bracco International, Panasonic, Hitachi, Carter Wallace and Orchid Biosciences. National Business Parks is responsible for construction, leasing and management of College Park and is a "management arm" of LZA.

Spokespeople for LZA report the firm has "recently announced development plans for an extension of College Park on a 31-acre site adjacent to the existing campus. Plans call for the creation of two office buildings and three low-rise research and development buildings totaling more than 300,000 sf of space." The project is a build-to-suit that will break ground this year.
