108,000-SF Office Showroom To Open This Fall

MAPLE GROVE, MN-Carl Zeiss IMT Corp. will be the lead tenant in the Bass Creek Technology Plaza being marketed and developed by United Properties on behalf of site owner Lutheran Brotherhood.

MAPLE GROVE, MN-United Properties says it expects to open its new Bass Creek Technology Plaza, an industrial build-to-suit development under construction atInterstate 494 and Bass Lake Road. this fall. The Bloomington-based commercial real estate firm is managing development and leasing of the project on behalf of site owner Lutheran Brotherhood, a Minneapolis-based life insurance company.

The new building will consist of 108,000 sf of office showroom and industrial property on a seven-acre site. Carl Zeiss IMT Corp. will be the lead tenant occupying 90,000 sf. United is marketing the additional 18,000 sf. Construction began in late October 2000.
