The New York-based global provider of travel, financial and network services has contracted with Miami Lakes-based Graham Cos. to link the new office space to the 30,000 sf the company already leases at 14901 N.W. 79th Ct.

Neither company disclosed the leasing terms, but recent market research reports released by Cushman & Wakefield of Florida Inc. estimate class A rental space in the Miami Lakes market at $23.25 per sf.

On 49,000 sf, that is an estimated one-year value of about $1.1 million. Brokerage sources familiar with the transaction tell GlobeSt.com the lease is for at least five years, giving it an estimated gross aggregate value of $5.5 million.
