The tenant is integrated network communications solutions provider. Bridgewood I is a four-story, 135,777-sf office building in the north Houston-IAH submarket. Mike Collins of Grubb & Ellis Co. has represented Expanets in the deal. Marcy Phillips of PM Realty Group acted on behalf of the building owner, Koll Bren Schreiber Realty Advisors. PM Realty is the leasing agent for Koll Bren's 5.2 million-sf Houston portfolio.
In another lease, Fisk Corp. has signed for 5,192 sf at 4400 Post Oak Parkway in the Uptown-Galleria submarket. Stephen N. Montgomery, Angus S. Hughes and Roderick L. Bailey have represented the building owner, Weatherford International, in the transaction. Fisk is a Houston-based company that specializes in installing complex electrical systems in buildings.
