Prometheus's Verona project includes a four-story building that will face Stevens Creek Boulevard and the City Plaza and an eight-story building that steps back from the boulevard and defines the east and south boundaries of the property. Framing the remaining side of the City Plaza will be the luxury four-star Cypress Hotel designed by Gensler Associates.

Prometheus' vice president of development Jon Moss tells GlobeSt.com the overarching goal of this development is to create a sense of place, vitality and community to complement existing office and residential uses at the Cupertino City Center.

Prometheus, the largest privately held owner/developer of multi-family property in the San Francisco Bay Area, originally developed the Cupertino City Center, a master-planned community encompassing 22.5 acres with 219 residential units, an outdoor amphitheater and 809,000 sf of office.
