CRM won Best in Industry for six buildings in the Baltimore-Washington corridor area, two in Baltimore County and two in Harrisburg, PA. The winning buildings were: Airport Square XI, Airport Square XII and Airport Square XIX, located near the Baltimore-Washington International Airport; 7200 Riverwood Dr. in Columbia, MD; Commons Corporate 1340 and 1344 in Hanover, MD; 375 Padonia Rd. and 9690 Deereco Rd. in Timonium, MD; and 85 and 95 Shannon Dr. in Harrisburg, PA.
Tenants of the buildings surveyed were asked to rate the property managers in appearance of property, quality of management services, renewal intention, and relationship with the on-site service team. "It is especially gratifying to win these awards based solely on the comments of our tenants," said Michael D. Kaiser, president of CRM.
