CRM Wins 10 Awards for Property Management

COLUMBIA, MD-Corporate Realty Management has been recognized nationwide for its property management rating provided by tenants. The Building Owners and Managers Association and CEL Associates Inc. sponsor the awards program.

COLUMBIA, MD-The Building Owners and Managers Association and CEL Associates Inc. held the awards program for property management the two sponsor with 10 awards going to Corporate Realty Management, an arm of REIT Corporate Office Properties Trust. The awards were based on surveys soliciting tenant opinions from more than 6,000 buildings across the US.

CRM won Best in Industry for six buildings in the Baltimore-Washington corridor area, two in Baltimore County and two in Harrisburg, PA. The winning buildings were: Airport Square XI, Airport Square XII and Airport Square XIX, located near the Baltimore-Washington International Airport; 7200 Riverwood Dr. in Columbia, MD; Commons Corporate 1340 and 1344 in Hanover, MD; 375 Padonia Rd. and 9690 Deereco Rd. in Timonium, MD; and 85 and 95 Shannon Dr. in Harrisburg, PA.
