Pamela Galeota, senior vice president and Philip A. Mann, associate of R.M. Bradley represented the tenant, El Paso Merchant Energy Co., in the transaction. Patrick A. Cavanagh of Insignia/ESG Inc. represented the landlord, Newton Executive Park Limited Partnership, in the transaction. R.M. Bradley will also handle construction coordination for the office space buildout.

El Paso Corp. has an enterprise value of over $50 billion and owns and operates a large portion of the North American natural gas delivery grid. The company is the nation's third largest natural gas producer and is in the process of transforming its existing markets and developing new ones.
