El Paso Merchant Energy Opens First Regional Office Here

NEWTON, MA-El Paso Merchant Energy Co. makes its first foray into the New England region by opening an 8,000-sf office here at Two Newton Executive Park. The new office is enabling the international natural gas company to consolidate its merchant energy group and power finance group into one regional office.

Pamela Galeota, senior vice president and Philip A. Mann, associate of R.M. Bradley represented the tenant, El Paso Merchant Energy Co., in the transaction. Patrick A. Cavanagh of Insignia/ESG Inc. represented the landlord, Newton Executive Park Limited Partnership, in the transaction. R.M. Bradley will also handle construction coordination for the office space buildout.
