The building is a "state-of-the-art" distribution, warehouse and light assembly facility that consists of 48-foot by 50-foot bays. It also features 32-foot clear ceilings, two drive-in doors and "abundant" parking, according to spokespeople for the new leasing agent. The property is also near the New Jersey Turnpike and one mile from I-287.
Joel Lubin and Chuck Fern, executive vice presidents in the Edison, NJ office of Binswanger/Klatskin, have been selected to manage the assignment on behalf of their firm. The regional office of the company is in the Raritan Center and is a member of Chesterton Blumenauer Binswanger. Binswanger/Klatskin is headquartered in Teterboro, NJ.
