Four Leases Signed for Hope Road Flex Building

EATONTOWN, NJ-Acting as exclusive leasing agent for the 79,000 sf flex building at 95 Hope Rd., the Schultz Organization has closed several new lease deals for the property.

EATONTOWN, NJ-Principal Harvey Schultz of the Schultz Organiztion, headquartered in Woodbridge, NJ, says of four new leases at a flex building here, “The continued robust leasing activity at 95 Hope Rd. reflects the overall strength of the marketplace.” The company acts as exclusive leasing agent for the 79,000-sf property. The deals further exemplify the resilience of the industrial market in New Jersey, despite the slowdown.

All but one of the new tenants are involved in some form of industrial function, but represent a broad spectrum of the sector. Agro-Dan Inc. is a primarily office user that markets an industrial product. The tenants in this round of leasing have taken a total of 68,971 sf of the building.

Agro-Dan markets products and services for intensive agricultural systems. It has taken 22,000 sf. Adam Silver of Newmark JGT of New Jersey LLC was the co-broker on the deal.
