Dymec Inc. a Chelmsford, MA-based manufacturer of fiber-optics data lines, leased 16,000 sf in a single-story office and light manufacturing building in North Andover. The company, which is expanding its operations was represented by Rick Lowe of CRESA while the owner, 1 Clark St. North Andover LLC, was represented by Cushman & Wakefield.
Montgomery Watson Americas, a national engineering firm, relocated from Broad Street here to a 104,000-sf building on 100 Boylston St., where the company is leasing 12,065 sf. Jack Dawson of Berman & Sons represented the owner, Berman & Sons.
Oxigene Inc. relocated from Copley Place here to 321 Arsenal St., a 700,000 sf office park in Watertown where the company is leasing 9,980 sf of space. The international biopharmaceutical company needed more space to accommodate company growth. Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, Charles River Business Center Association LLC. In the only sub-lease transaction, Toronto Dominion Bank sublet 4,500 sf on South Street in the city's leather district from Zefer Corp., an Internet service company.
